The "Gosuslugi" portal has been proposed to be supplemented with a new function. It will allow sending messages to car owners who are obstructing the passage of other vehicles. The initiative belongs to the Vice-Speaker of the State Duma, Vladislav Davankov, and Deputy Anton Tkachev.
It was proposed to notify drivers by sending messages to their license plate number or through secure calls using the "Gosuslugi" portal.
Such messages or calls will be anonymized to protect the personal data of both parties, and will allow drivers to quickly inform the owners of obstructing vehicles of the need to clear the passage.
The implementation of the initiative will reduce the burden on police officers and the evacuation service, as well as speed up the clearing of passage.
