The Russian government announced the launch of the «Life Situation» service on the «Gosuslugi» portal for the prompt restoration and replacement of documents. According to Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko, the services will be provided comprehensively.
It is expected that in 2025 the processing time for documents will be reduced from 50 to 30 days.
With the help of the service you can restore:
- passport of the Russian Federation
- compulsory medical insurance policy
- international passport
- driver's license
- pensioner's documents
- education documents
«Life Situation» services are needed so that people can receive public services in one place, quickly and conveniently.
The government representative stressed that a citizen will not have to visit departments to obtain new documents.
The «Gosuslugi» portal was launched in 2009, and its operator is the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
