The Kalashnikov arms concern has fulfilled its annual contract for the manufacture of the Chukavin sniper rifle and shipped the products to the customer in full.
The rifle represents a new generation of Russian sniper weapons, which are actively used on the front lines. The company began serial production of the SVC in 2023. The SVC has reliable gas-operated automatics with a short stroke gas piston and a three-position rotary gas regulator.
The Chukavin sniper rifle not only has improved ergonomics and grouping of fire according to users, but also allows the use of any sighting systems of Russian and foreign production. It has retained the reliability of the Dragunov sniper rifle, which is widely known in the country and the world, which the Kalashnikov concern continues to produce in large volumes.
