At the Baikonur technical complex, the new spacecraft passed the test of converting light energy into electrical energy

Roscosmos specialists conducted a control check of the solar panels on board the Progress MS-29 spacecraft, the press service of the concern reported.

They deployed sections of photocells and irradiated them with powerful lamps to control the efficiency of converting light energy into electrical energy. Preparation of cargo and equipment is also ongoing.

The launch of the Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket with the Progress MS-29 cargo spacecraft from the 31st площадки of the Baikonur Cosmodrome is scheduled for November 21.
