The Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant (KMZ), a military-industrial holding, has signed a contract for the overhaul of a diesel generator of an autonomous power supply source of the Pokhvistnevo Underground Gas Storage Facility (branch of Gazprom UGS LLC) in the Samara Region, the holding's press service reported.
KMZ fulfills contracts for the repair of emergency power plants and maintaining their stable operation at facilities, strengthening business ties and partnerships with PJSC Gazprom.
The "Pokhvistnevo UGSF" provides injection of natural gas, its storage and withdrawal from the porous reservoirs of the Amanakskoye, Kiryushkinskoye, Mikhailovskoye and Dmitrievskoye gas fields. The enterprise helps to regulate the uneven gas consumption by subscribers in the Samara and Orenburg regions in the off-season. The UGSF also ensures the operation of the gas transmission system "Gazprom transgaz Samara".
