Раскрыты подробности о новых автомобилях, которые будет собирать «Соллерс»

The discussion involves a new van and minivan, with the vehicles originating from China

The car manufacturer Sollers will begin assembling the Chinese JAC M3 commercial van and the JAC Refine RF8 minivan in Russia. Details about the company's plans have emerged.

The start of JAC M3 assembly is scheduled for the end of 2024. In China, the maximum cost of the car, converted to Russian rubles, is 1.32 million. The cost of the Chinese commercial van in Russia is currently unknown.

Regarding the minivan, there is more clarity. According to automotive journalist Maxim Kadakov, the JAC Refine RF8 could become the most affordable car in its class in Russia.

The reason is that after the departure of European manufacturers from the country, there are practically no new minivans left on the market. The Voyah Dream hybrid has an exorbitant price tag – one of the dealers is selling the car for 6,900,000 rubles. According to insiders, the JAC Refine RF8 could cost from 4.5 million rubles to 5 million rubles.

Its technical specifications are as follows: a 2-liter engine with 224 horsepower and an 8-speed automatic transmission. The car's options include dual-zone climate control, electric drive for the rear row, two sunroofs, and other features.
