Russian military personnel at the front managed to stop an enemy breakthrough attempt on a "Kirpi 2" armored vehicle with strikes from several FPV drones and 9M111 "Fagot" ATGMs. The footage has surfaced online.
Military expert Evgeny Damantsev noted that in the absence of visible passive modular spaced-ceramic armor, as well as slat armor screens, the enemy armored vehicle withstood several hits from cumulative warhead PG-7VS with armor penetration of 400 mm.
The 9K111 "Fagot" portable anti-tank complex is designed to engage tanks and other armored targets, as well as enemy firing points and helicopters. The "Fagot" complex includes a folding portable launcher 9P135 with control equipment 9S451, a missile guidance device 9Sh119M1 and a launching mechanism 9P155, and 9M111 missiles in transport and launch containers.
