Last Saturday, an exciting event took place on the Kurgan beach "Blue Lakes" — the festival "Transuralia is Sporting", where a unique KAMAZ-Jacuzzi was installed. This unusual solution from the road equipment plant "Region 45" attracted the attention of participants and spectators, becoming a real highlight of the event.
The festival, organized by the low-temperature enthusiasts club "Transuralian Ice Swimmers — 45°", has been held for 7 years and includes the 1st stage of the Urals Federal District Cup in winter swimming. The weather that day was sunny, and the water temperature reached a comfortable 8°C. Athletes from all over Russia participated in the swims.
For those who are just getting acquainted with hardening, tents with a mobile sauna were set up and hot meals were organized. However, the real highlight was the KAMAZ-Jacuzzi — a warm pool installed in the dump truck body. This innovative solution allowed participants to relax and recover after swimming, turning an ordinary body into a comfortable place to relax. Participants and guests of the festival jokingly dubbed it "Kurgan-style Jacuzzi", which added to the atmosphere of fun and friendly communication.
