At the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum, KAMAZ demonstrated K5 generation vehicles running on gas engine fuel, as well as gas engines. Among the latest developments of the company is the KAMAZ-62501 mobile welding station, created on the basis of a shift bus.
The welding workshop has four zones. There is a workplace for the driver and a place to rest, as well as a living space with three beds, one of which can be converted into three seats with seat belts.
Also at the KAMAZ stand, four gas engines were shown: KAMAZ-950.10 (P6), KAMAZ-689, KAMAZ-667 and KAMAZ-445.
The forum also presented the KAMAZ-54901 semi-trailer tractor, running on liquefied natural gas. The car meets the requirements of ADR, which allows the transportation of dangerous goods. This is a gas engine version of the famous flagship of the K5 generation.
The tractor is equipped with a KAMAZ P6 "Euro-5" engine with a capacity of 460 horsepower. The gearbox is automated.
