Russia is actively developing the heavy strike robot "Shturm". The new combat vehicle received the base of the T-72B3 tank.
The main weapon of the robotic complex is a 125-millimeter shortened gun. The complex also consists of several vehicles: a mobile control point, a robot with "Shmel" rocket flamethrowers, a block of 220-millimeter thermobaric unguided rockets, and paired 30-millimeter automatic cannons.
Combat vehicles of the "Shturm" complex will have a high level of protection against anti-tank weapons, including the upper hemisphere.
The shortened 125 mm caliber gun with the so-called reduced ballistics is designed for combat work at close ranges in urban combat conditions.
Earlier www1.ru wrote that the range of missiles "Iskander-M" has been increased to 750 km. One publication claims that these means of destruction are now able to reach the Zvyagel-Khmelnik-Zhmerinka-Shargorod line.
