The Akhtubinsk Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant in the Astrakhan Region has announced that it has almost completed the construction of a new trawler of project TR446. The vessel will operate in the Barents Sea, but is also capable of performing international voyages.
According to IA "TASS", the Murmansk JSC "Nord West Fleet Company" will receive its refrigerated fishing trawler by the end of 2024. This was reported to the publication by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Energy of the Astrakhan Region.
Project TR466
The vessel, developed by LLC "Forss Technologies", has no restrictions on the area of operation, can sail throughout the North Atlantic and make international voyages. It is designed for the extraction of aquatic biological resources using a trawl.
