The Ministry of Transport of Russia, together with the state company "Avtodor" and the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, have improved the system for informing about travel on high-speed roads with barrier-free toll payment: the Central Ring Road and M-12 "Vostok". Now drivers can receive notifications about trips and make payments through the "Gosuslugi" portal.
To receive trip data, you need to enter the vehicle number in your profile on the portal and install the latest version of the "Gosuslugi" application. The information will appear within 24 hours.
How it works
"Avtodor" receives data on the vehicle number when it passes through a checkpoint. The information is transmitted to the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services.
Then the information is sent to Gosuslugi and other services connected to the system. If the user has a debt, he receives a notification and can pay for the trip without a fine.
As a reminder, in Russia, they may start fining drivers for smoking e-cigarettes while driving. The changes will affect clause 2.7 of the Traffic Regulations, which already prohibits the use of mobile phones without a special stand.
