The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Samara Region reported the elimination of a fire on the territory of AvtoVAZ in Togliatti. According to the structure, a message about the fire was received by dispatchers at 14:21 local time.
A molding line is on fire on an area of 37 sq. m. There are no dead or injured, 20 people were evacuated for safety reasons, this situation did not affect the operation of the enterprise. 80 people and 25 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
The fire has now been extinguished, there is no data on victims and injured. AvtoVAZ has not yet reported on the damage incurred, but confirmed the fire on its territory.
