The Ural-Arktika 445707 heavy-duty tractor, designed to operate in the Far North, has been assembled in Russia. The truck's engine and suspension are adapted to extreme operating conditions.
The 6x6 vehicle is equipped with a YaMZ-53613-10 diesel turbocharged engine with a capacity of 310 horsepower. The gearbox has nine speeds.
The first truck was assembled in July this year. It was equipped with a crane-manipulator unit. The Arctic all-terrain vehicle will be "shod" in low-pressure tires when it arrives in the Far North.
The serial production of trucks will start at the end of 2024. The vehicles for heavy operating conditions were developed jointly with the Ural Special Vehicle Plant, the South Ural State University, and the Bauman Moscow Technical University.
