Russian car manufacturer AvtoVAZ has increased Lada sales. In the first eight months, 293,490 cars were sold, which is 37.6% more than in the same period last year.
At the same time, sales in August increased by 14.7% compared to this month in 2023, although July's figures remained almost unchanged.
Sales results for the first 8 months of 2023 by model:
Granta – 137 876;
Vesta – 84 195;
Niva Travel – 33 743;
Niva Legend – 3 721;
Largus – 2 741.
Earlier, photos appeared of the AvtoVAZ site filled with new LADA Vesta. The cars are not being handed over to dealers because the fire hazard problem has not been resolved.
