The Russian company "Gumich" has developed a universal tracked platform "Impulse", which can be equipped with various interchangeable modules. The "Impulse-K" version with an anti-tank missile system (ATGM) has already passed tests at the training ground.
Also, not only ATGMs can be installed on the universal "Impulse" platform, but also remote mining installations, electronic warfare equipment, and a proprietary combat module equipped with a PKTM machine gun or an automatic grenade launcher such as AGS-17\AGS-30 can be placed.
Alexander Gavrilov, General Director of the manufacturing company, noted that the device is dozens of times cheaper than tanks and other heavy armored vehicles.
No special training is required to work with the remote control. You only need to indicate the point on the map where the target is located, and the combat module will independently, with the help of built-in ballistic computers, carry out the firing.
The robot is controlled using fiber optics, which allows it to work at a distance of up to 25 km from the operator. The duration of the machine's autonomous operation is four hours. The batteries are easy to remove and put on charge, loading new batteries into the platform.
Earlier www1.ru reported that at "Army-2024" presented the latest UAV of the "flying wing" type. The speed of the aircraft is up to 120 km/h, the communication range is 60 km, and the flight duration is up to 4.5 hours.
