The Northern Fleet of Russia includes the surface missile cruiser of the Northern Fleet 1164 "Atlant - "Marshal Ustinov". The warship is on duty at the borders of Russia.

"Marshal Ustinov" was laid down in 1978 at the Nikolaev shipyard. It was accepted into the combat composition of the Northern Fleet in September 1986. In 1994-97, the ship underwent modernization at the Severnaya Verf enterprise in St. Petersburg.

According to data from open sources, "Marshal Ustinov" has a displacement of 11.2 thousand tons, a width of 20.8 m, a length of 187 m, a speed of 32.5 knots/h, a cruising range of about 8 thousand miles, and a crew of 610 people.

The main armament of the cruiser is 16 launchers of supersonic anti-ship cruise missiles P-1000 "Vulkan", but with starting engines from P-500 "Basalt".
