As part of the federal project "State for People", two more user testing laboratories for public services have been opened. Thus, all 11 laboratories, which are planned until 2030, have started operating.
Specialists in these laboratories test state services for compliance with customer-centricity standards, and also assess the convenience and ease of their use. The test results will transform the entire system of providing federal and regional services.
The tests are carried out using Russian neurophysiological equipment and additional methods, such as in-depth interviews and usability testing.
In addition to user testing laboratories, the project implementation tools include the development of services based on the principle of "life situations", the creation of their register, as well as tracking the operation of services at any stage of interaction between citizens and the state.
Laboratories for testing "Gosuslugi" operate in Stavropol, Vladivostok, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Tula, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Kaliningrad. Two more of them operate in Moscow.
