Specialists of the Central Design Bureau of Apparatus Engineering (TsKBA, part of the High-Precision Complexes holding) have developed an effective air space control system (ASCS). Rosoboronexport will present the complex at the Army-2024 forum.
The ASCS is a radar station (RLS) that detects aerial targets with extremely small effective scattering surfaces (drones) at extremely low and realistically used flight altitudes from the closest detection boundary to the entire functional range. The complex can also detect cruise missiles and targets moving at speeds from 10 m/s.
The ASCS operates without operator intervention in autonomous mode, detecting, processing, and issuing radar data. Serial production of such complexes began in 2023.
Where can the ASCS be placed:
- on towers
- roof of a building
- vehicles
