Russian military forces on the front lines are successfully using FAB-250M-62/270 aerial bombs with universal planning and correction modules (UPCM). The jam-resistant "Kometa-M" antenna module helps them with targeting, which the enemy's electronic warfare forces cannot cope with, noted military expert Evgeny Damantsev.
He cited as an example one of the high-precision strikes on an object, on the roof of which a distributed aperture of more than a dozen radiating antenna modules of L-band electronic radio countermeasures was placed.

Thus, the "Kometa-M" module on Russian FAB bombs provides reliable navigation and timing support for GLONASS/GPS by protecting against all types of interference.
