Алло, из «социального фонда» беспокоят: мошенники предлагают пересчёт пенсионных выплат за счёт якобы неучтенного стажа

Fraudsters pose as employees of the Social Fund of Russia

Employees of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation reported a new scheme for stealing funds. Fraudsters called elderly people on behalf of employees of the Social Fund of Russia (SFR). This was reported by the press service of the credit and financial organization.

When calling a potential victim, fraudsters report the possibility of recalculating pension payments due to allegedly unaccounted work experience. This is followed by an invitation to the Multifunctional Center or the SFR branch for further resolution of the issue.

At the same time, the addresses of the centers and departments of the SFR for receiving citizens are indicated as real. This allowed the victims to lose their vigilance.

To make an appointment, fraudsters require passport data, SNILS, TIN and a digital code from SMS. The information is required by fraudsters to access the victim's personal account on the "Gosuslugi" portal. Upon gaining access, they have the opportunity to apply for a loan or credit to the account holder.

The Central Bank noted that no employee of the SFR or other government service will call clients on such issues. The bank advises to immediately end the conversation and never give your data to strangers.

Earlier www1.ru reported that fraudsters in Russia started gaining access to "Gosuslugi" using old SIM cards.
