AvtoVAZ has not confirmed insider information about problems with the release of the new LADA Iskra. They reported that the car allegedly has difficulties with electrical wiring and painting. However, AvtoVAZ denied this information.
I am sincerely surprised by the logical gap in the messages of individual online media. The production of "Iskra" starts at the beginning of next year, as a result of which, talking today about alleged production problems of this model is simply a funny absurdity.
It is known that the new model is built on the localized CMF-B LS platform from Renault-Nissan. It was refined taking into account the parts available to AvtoVAZ: Russian and from suppliers from friendly countries.
Mass production of the car, as AvtoVAZ President Maxim Sokolov stated earlier, should begin by 2025. LADA Iskra has already been shown at SPIEF, but the approximate price has not yet been announced for any of the three trim levels.
