AvtoVAZ will expand the "LADA Roadside Assistance Plus" program. The service will provide round-the-clock roadside assistance to drivers.
The list of services has been expanded to include an unlimited number of claims within the insurance coverage for "Payments for Injuries in a Traffic Accident", telemedicine consultations and two psychologist consultations, as well as payments "in case of disability resulting from a traffic accident".
Previously, the service included vehicle evacuation in the event of an accident or breakdown, consultations with lawyers and auto mechanics, fuel delivery, and battery jump-start.
Connection to the service is via SMS. To start using the support service, the client must contact an official LADA dealer center. The program will become active after 48 hours. The client card is valid for one year.
An advantage of the extended service is that the service will now be assigned to the vehicle's license plate number rather than a specific driver. This allows all drivers of the vehicle to contact the support service.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that AvtoVAZ launched the "Mir LADA" application.
