All work had to be stopped in order to avoid errors when processing orders manually. The company's website itself is not working, and only the following announcement is available to users:

Due to a technical failure, the CDEK application and website are currently not working, and it is also impossible to accept and issue shipments. All parcels will be carefully stored by us and issued to you after the technical problems are resolved. If necessary, the storage period at the pickup point will be extended.

The suspension of order processing became known on the morning of May 26. CDEK promised that everything would be back to normal on Monday, May 27.

However, at the time of publication, the CDEK website, as well as the company's pickup points, had not yet started working. This was confirmed by a correspondent of www1.ru.
