A technical failure has occurred at CDEK, a company specializing in cargo delivery. As a result, customers have been unable to send or receive parcels for more than a day. This is reported on the company's website.
All work had to be stopped in order to avoid making mistakes when processing orders manually. The company's website itself is not working, and only the following announcement is available to users:
Due to a technical failure, the CDEK application and website are currently not working, and it is also impossible to accept and deliver shipments. All parcels will be carefully stored by us and delivered to you after the technical problems are resolved. If necessary, the storage period at the pickup point will be extended.
The suspension of order processing became known on the morning of May 26. CDEK promised that everything would be back to normal on Monday, May 27.
However, at the time of publication, the CDEK website, as well as the company's pickup points, had not yet started working. The www1.ru correspondent was convinced of this.
