The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Digital Development) has begun testing generative artificial intelligence (AI) for the digital assistant "Max" on the "Gosuslugi" portal, said Deputy Head of the Ministry Oleg Kachanov.
This is a direction that is clear to us, we are already on the path of testing, working out different options.
At the same time, the representative of the ministry did not name specific neural networks that will work in integration with the digital assistant "Max". Now the department is considering various algorithm options — from open source (open source software) to proprietary engines (owned by specific companies), he summarized.
