The Ministry of Defense spoke about the work of the troops of radiation, chemical and biological protection. One of their methods is the use of TDM-2K smoke machines.
The aerosol counteraction unit of the RVBC is engaged in masking the area with their support. The aerosol curtain from the smoke machines of the unit is produced quickly, and can be created continuously for about four hours. It spreads in a thick layer downwind for several kilometers, while the smoke is harmless to people, animals and the environment.
During the time that the curtain is in effect, the personnel manages to regroup or carry out a transfer to destroy the enemy. However, it happens that if it is necessary to mask the assault directly on the line of combat contact, it is necessary to act differently.
Then the aerosol counteraction unit puts smoke bombs on the front line. At the appropriate time, with the help of the RPZ-8 command and transmission device, they are eliminated, while the initiation operator is at a distance of up to 7 kilometers.
