Eyewitnesses photographed the Tank 700 SUV in the "Uzlovaya" industrial park of the Tula region, where the Haval factory is located.
The car ended up in Russia even before the official start of sales in China. The photo was taken on March 10, and the SUV entered showrooms in China about three weeks ago.
The car is significantly different from the Tank 500 model, which is sold in Russia. The 700th received an upgraded platform: at the rear — disconnectable anti-roll bars, air struts and independent suspension.
The engine is hybrid, based on a three-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 523 horsepower. Acceleration to "hundreds" — in 5.6 seconds with a curb weight of 3.2 tons.
Whether the car will be sold in Russia is unknown. Market experts do not exclude that instead of the 700th model, Russians will be content with the 400th version. It is being actively tested in the Tula region.
