The automotive Telegram channel "Avtopotok" announced changes in the appearance of the most famous tractors in the CIS, MTZ-80 and MTZ-82. According to their data, the new Belarusian tractors from OJSC "MTZ" will begin to be produced before the end of 2024.
Under the hood, they will remain the same universal tractors for agriculture, housing and communal services, construction and landscaping. It will still be possible to equip them with a wide variety of equipment — from plows to snow removal equipment and trailers, tedders, mowers. There is no mention of changes in the characteristics of the tractors.
But it is noted that they will become more modern in appearance. The steel hood will become a composite hood made of polyester sheet molding compound. Square headlights will be replaced with round modules, and the cab will receive all-glass doors.
