The Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin, spoke about what awaits the residents and guests of the capital in the metro. Travelling will become more comfortable: on the Zamoskvoretsky metro line (green line number two), the trains 'Moscow-2020' will appear.

'Moscow-2020' cars serve the BKL and MCC, but now comfortable trips will also be available on other lines.

Drivers are taught theory, which they practice on a special simulator-copy of the route of the green line with its features. Then they learn to drive the new train on the line, but without passengers.

Before this, subway cars of this model were already partially introduced as a replacement for old cars on the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya metro line (orange line number six).

One of the unique features of 'Moscow-2020' is the climate systems with a disinfection function. They maintain optimal temperature and air cleanliness in the salon.

By 2026, it is planned to purchase at least five hundred such wagons for Moscow.
