Chinese brand Chenglong (a subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Corporation - note of the www1.ru editorial office ) brought to Russia the starting batch of Chenglong H7 tractors. The distribution is handled by the company Tekhnika-ST, which plans to sell about 400 of such trucks in the Russian market.
For the following year, Tekhnika-ST has a more ambitious sales plan - a thousand tractors. It is expected that Chenglong will expand the model range in Russia. Given the technical characteristics, Chenglong H7 is not inferior to KAMAZ-54901 (K5), it is likely that the Chinese brand decided to compete with its Russian competitor. However, unlike KAMAZ, the Chinese have more European parts and a more comfortable cabin.
It is known that the Chenglong H7 has an inline 6-cylinder Yuchai engine with a volume of 12 l and a power of 480 hp. The engine works in conjunction with an automatic gearbox ZF Traxon. It is noted that the service interval is 60 thousand km. Warranty for Chinese tractors - 12 months. The Chenglong H7 can be purchased for 10.5 million rubles.
