The metropolitan company "Romanov Motors", which is engaged in the production and sale of electric cars, sold through its online platform children's electric cars "Mini Volga GAZ 21" with a emblem of a running deer. The Gorky Automobile Plant (GAZ) sued the company. 

It turned out that GAZ did not give "Romanov Motors" permission to use its trademark. Meanwhile, the metropolitan manufacturer of electric cars made almost 2 million rubles on goods with this emblem.

As a result, the court recognized GAZ as the injured party, appointing 3.9 million rubles as compensation. Representatives of "Romanov Motors" tried to challenge this decision in higher instances. However, the appellate court upheld the decision. 

It is noted that the intellectual rights court has now accepted GAZ's claim against a furniture company headquartered in the Stavropol region. The car manufacturer claims that the furniture makers adorned their sofas with a deer logo, but they do not have the rights to this mark.

It was previously reported that the cars "GAZelle NN" and "Sobol NN" received a diesel engine with a volume of 2.5 liters.
