The Ministry of Digital Development will conduct an experiment on the application of artificial intelligence for the selection of employees for civil service. It will be conducted in two stages: from September 1, 2023 to March 1, 2024 and from March 2, 2024 to November 1, 2024. The conditions for conducting the experiment are set out in the draft of the Government's decree.
To conduct an experiment with the application by federal civil servants and employees occupying positions that are not positions of federal public service, federal executive bodies and employees of state non-budgetary funds of Russia, federal state institutions of digital personnel services using the 'State Personnel' platform.
Ministry of Digital Development will coordinate the project, and the participants will be the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of finance, Ministry of economic development, Ministry of Digital Development, Rosaccreditation. Everything is being done within the framework of creating a prototype platform 'State Personnel', to test its capabilities and implement AI technologies in HR.
