The American publication Military Watch Magazine has named the Russian tank T-14 'Armata' the most combat-capable tank in the world. Reviewers named several aspects in which 'Armata' surpasses Western counterparts.
Among the most advanced features of the T-14 are its sensor system, huge range of defeat, exceeding the analogous indicator of NATO tanks threefold, a powerful level of armored protection, especially for the crew, highest mobility and a favorable ratio of power and weight.
T-14 'Armata' is a Russian main combat tank with unpopulated turret. Due to the radical reduction of T-14 visibility in the infrared, magnetic and radio frequency range, it is also called a stealth tank. It is equipped with a fourth-generation 'Malachite' dynamic protection system. Initially, the tank was equipped with a 125-mm cannon, but later there were data on modernization - the installation of a 152 mm caliber cannon.
T-14 'Armata' is equipped with an A-85-3A engine with an automatic transmission and variable power from 1350 to 1800 hp. It provides movement at speeds up to 90 km / h, the range of travel on the highway reaches 500 km.
