The NPO "Scanner", a resident of the special economic zone "Technopolis Moscow", has set up production of the latest generation ultrasound diagnostic devices. This was announced by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.

"The production of ultrasound machines by the scientific and production association 'Scanner' was located on the site 'Peсhatniki' in 2022. The total area of the facility exceeds 600 square meters.Here about 40 jobs have been created. After reaching full capacity, the company will be able to produce up to two thousand scanners a year, covering the main needs of the Russian market in this equipment. The investment in the implementation of the project amounts to 70 million rubles", - he reported.

NPO "Scanner" is engaged in the production of various ultrasound devices, including those of the expert class, under the brand "RuScan". All models are equipped with Russian software and are included in the Register of Russian Industrial Products and the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products.

On the territory of the capital's SEZ, the resident plans to release a line of five scanner models, including a portable ultrasound machine for research in operating rooms, intensive care units and intensive care units, ambulances, mobile hospitals, rural outpatient clinics and hard-to-reach areas. Over the past two years, the company has implemented more than one and a half thousand devices under state contracts worth more than nine billion rubles. The products of the enterprise are supplied to medical institutions of 79 regions of the country, from small district hospitals to large federal medical centers, including specialized ones.
