Kalashnikov Concern handed over the first batch of adapted tactical supports to one of the mobile fire group units in Udmurtia. The design is intended for mounting small arms and allows changing the weapon's position on an adjustable tripod.

During the refinement, the designers took into account the operating conditions of mobile groups, which need to quickly move on off-road vehicles and change positions. The supports are designed for mounting machine guns and assault rifles used to engage aerial targets, including drones.

The design is based on a folding telescopic tripod with height adjustment and a movable upper mount. These elements allow adapting the weapon's position to the crew's operating conditions.

The original tactical support was manufactured in 2024 at the request of law enforcement agencies. Later, the product passed tests and received positive feedback from military personnel, the concern reported.

The transfer of the new batch means that the design is being adapted to the needs of specific units operating on mobile platforms. However, Kalashnikov did not disclose the number of transferred items, their weight, deployment time, and other parameters by which the practical advantages of the updated version could be assessed.
