Specialists of the "Kalashnikov" Concern have manufactured a new batch of tactical supports for mounting weapons. The tripod provides stability when firing at small-sized drones at a distance of up to 300 m and enemy personnel at a range of up to 1000 m. This was reported by the press service of the defense enterprise.
These products have been manufactured for a large Russian fuel and energy complex company since 2025.
The tactical support consists of a telescopic tripod and a movable mount installed on it. Depending on the modification of the mount, it can be equipped with 2 machine guns - Kalashnikov (PKM, PKT of 7.62 mm caliber) and Degtyarev (DPM of 7.62 mm caliber) or 2 Kalashnikov assault rifles.
The weight of the tactical support with an open mechanical sight varies between 15-38 kg. Additional optoelectronic sighting devices can be installed on it.
The concern's press service noted that the request for the development of such products was received from law enforcement agencies to ensure the protection of industrial facilities. The product has passed tests in real combat operations.
