The Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies (KRET) of Rostec State Corporation presented the Alfei system at the Bioprom forum. It combines an automatic syringe dispenser for small doses and an infusion pump for large volumes of solutions. The system operates on Russian software.

The dispenser administers from 0.1 to 1200 ml/hour and recognizes syringes with volumes of 10, 20, 30, and 50/60 ml. The pump transfers up to 10 liters of solution at a rate of 0.1 to 1500 ml/hour. On the road, the equipment operates from the onboard network of an ambulance, helicopter, or airplane, and a replaceable battery provides more than four hours of autonomous operation. In the hospital, the system synchronizes with the central console and nurse call, and memory stores up to a thousand actions.
Previously, such equipment was purchased abroad. Now, the Ulyanovsk Instrument Design Bureau can cover up to a quarter of the Russian market's needs. For ambulances and air ambulances, precision is critical: in intensive care, the dispenser delivers anesthesia, pain relievers, or adrenaline with a step of 0.1 ml/hour.
After demonstrations at INNOPROM in Yekaterinburg and Minsk, the manufacturer received feedback from customers.
