The Chinese marketplace Poizon has for the first time disclosed its terms of cooperation with Russian sellers. The minimum commission for premium partners starts from 19%, and the maximum rate does not exceed 29%. For comparison, for the largest Russian platforms, the upper limit of commissions in certain categories, according to the Union of Marketplace Sellers, reaches 55%.

Poizon's specific rate depends on the product category and the chosen operating model. Premium sellers receive more favorable conditions — their status is determined by several business indicators, including their contribution to the total sales volume on the platform.
At the same time, the marketplace offers to take on a significant part of the daily work. The seller is responsible for managing the assortment, prices, and product availability, while Poizon handles product card creation, customer inquiries, packaging, and product promotion.
Suppliers will also be able to choose a storage scheme. The platform supports cross-border delivery, shipping from foreign warehouses, local storage in Russia, operations from the seller's own warehouse, and consignment. For settlements, a T+7 model is provided — receiving money seven days after the completion of the settlement event, as well as weekly and monthly payments.
Against this background, the difference with Russian marketplaces looks significant. According to the Union of Marketplace Sellers, Wildberries commissions can range from 40–55%, Ozon from 35–55%, and Yandex Market from 30–55%. At the same time, the seller's final expenses depend not only on the basic commission but also on the category, logistics, storage, promotion, and specific cooperation scheme.
