The Beeline operator has launched a free "Children's Internet Mode" that automatically restricts access to undesirable and potentially dangerous websites. The service is primarily intended for children, but it can also be used to protect elderly relatives.

The main feature of the mode is that filtering occurs on the network side. The user does not need to install a separate application or configure a special browser. Protection is active in the Beeline network across Russia, as well as in national and international roaming.

Adult websites, dating sites, unmoderated forums, online casinos, betting services, resources dedicated to alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are blocked. Access to content containing calls for aggression, racism, and terrorism is also restricted.

Separately, the filter recognizes malicious, phishing, and fraudulent websites, as well as resources from Roskomnadzor's register of prohibited information. When attempting to open such an address, the user will see a notification about access restriction, and the category database will be regularly updated.

The mode can be activated through the personal account or the Beeline application in the "Security" and "Digital Family" sections. Activation will require SMS confirmation from the number for which the service is being registered.
