The most in-demand model in Pakistan remains the universal row-crop wheeled tractor BELARUS-510. This was stated by Taras Murog, General Director of Minsk Tractor Works (OAO MTZ), at a meeting with a delegation from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
The plant's press service reported that a group of foreign guests led by Senate Chairman Said Yusuf Raza Gilani inspected MTZ equipment. Murog told the parliamentarians that over the years of cooperation, Belarus has supplied more than 70,000 BELARUS tractors to Pakistan, including the BELARUS-510.
Due to its technical characteristics, the BELARUS-510 is ideally suited for working on heavy soils characteristic of this region. Therefore, the main focus of the meeting was on equipment supplies for both the current year and the future.
During the inspection of the holding's exhibition, the Senate Chairman became interested in the BELARUS-4522. He personally tested this model.
The Pakistani delegation also visited the Museum and Industrial Center of Labor Glory of MTZ. There, the parliamentarians were shown samples of agricultural machinery that were produced at the enterprise in previous years.
