In Moscow, the remote electronic voting system is withstanding massive cyberattacks, with only isolated complaints. This was reported to journalists by Vadim Kovalev, head of the Public Headquarters for Election Observation. Dmitry Reut, Deputy Chairman of the Moscow City Election Commission, emphasized that the system successfully repels all attacks, which is unnoticeable to voters. No violations of legislation were detected on September 18 and 19.

Kovalev noted that there are several dozen complaints for a multi-million city, and they are being reviewed individually. Online voting is available even at night, and video surveillance at polling stations continues after closing. Video observers are on duty to prevent manipulation of equipment and ballot boxes.

Elections to the State Duma are held from September 18 to 20 and will conclude at 8:00 PM on September 20. Moscow has over 7.8 million voters. Online voting, electronic terminals, and paper ballots are available. Residents of other regions who have submitted an application through "Mobile Voter" can vote at any Moscow polling station.
