In the first 24 hours, 2,184,920 electronic ballots were issued in Moscow. The data was published on the information screens of the Public Headquarters for Election Observation, TASS reports.

You can vote online at elec.mos.ru around the clock until 19:59 on September 20. Full account on mos.ru is required for access, "Yandex Browser" and domestic security certificates are recommended.

The system may ask to disable VPN and pop-up blockers. In the morning, due to the influx of users, an electronic queue may be possible – the head of the headquarters, Vadim Kovalev, advised to wait or vote later. Electronic voting terminals are operating at the polling stations.

In total, there are over 7.8 million voters in the city. All polling stations opened on time, and video surveillance is being conducted. Voting will end at 20:00 on September 20.
