The joint venture (JV) of "Sinara – Transport Machines" (STM) and the Indian SRB Group showcased the RPB-01 ballast distributor-planner for railway tracks at the "Innoprom.India" forum in New Delhi. This was reported by the STM press service.

The self-propelled railway track machine is designed for distributing, planning, and cleaning the ballast prism layer during construction and repair of tracks with a gauge of 1520 mm.
"Sinara – Transport Machines" is the developer of the RPB-01. Machine kits are supplied by "Kalugaputmash" (part of STM). The Indian side, which received Russian technologies, is responsible for local assembly of equipment and its maintenance.
Production was established in Faridabad under the Make in India program. The localization level was at least 51%. Currently, the RPB-01 is undergoing inspection by Indian Railways. 19 ballast distributor-planners will be supplied to the national transport company.
RPB-01 Characteristics:

- Engine power – 240 hp
- Maximum speed in transport mode – 80 km/h
- Working speed with central plow – up to 20 km/h
- Operation at humidity up to 100% and air temperature up to +55 °C
The railway machine is equipped with a storage hopper for dosing crushed stone. The equipment is adapted to the requirements of the Indian Ministry of Railways. In total, 20 units of STM track equipment operate on Indian Railways.
