Alexey Chadayev, CEO of SPC "Ushkuynik", proposed creating a unified system for drone detection. This system will provide information about the location of each detected aircraft, its number, and the unit responsible for tracking and interception. Chadayev compared this idea to the Flightradar service, which is used for tracking airplanes.

The idea is not so much about displaying the air situation as it is about coordinating the actions of various participants in anti-drone defense.
According to Chadayev's concept, after a UAV is detected, information about it should be sent to a common system where the target can be identified, assigned a number, and tracked until interception.
Currently, according to the head of "Ushkuynik", drone detection is organized in a fragmented manner. To create a unified network, he proposes using Rostelecom's existing ground infrastructure and Russian mobile operators' infrastructure – towers and fiber-optic lines. According to him, negotiations on this matter are already underway.
Chadayev considers a separate task not only the detection and destruction of UAVs but also the reduction of damage from their fall. The unified system, according to his concept, should allow for advance understanding of who is tracking a specific target, where it will be intercepted, and who is responsible for further actions.
The day before, the head of SPC "Ushkuynik" spoke about the new anti-drone complex "Paseka", which will be able to protect against drones not only military equipment and ground robots but also cargo trucks on public roads.
