An "AI assistant for district police officers" has been developed in Russia, designed to relieve Ministry of Internal Affairs employees of some routine work. The system was created at the Research Center for Artificial Intelligence of the Presidential Academy and can automatically prepare drafts of procedural documents.

Statements, scans, images, and even audio dictations can be uploaded to it. The AI recognizes verification materials, extracts the necessary data, and generates a ready-made file in DOCX format.

Currently, the assistant supports 15 types of documents, including resolutions, notifications, explanations, and protocols under the Criminal Procedure Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses. However, the neural network does not make final decisions: responsibility remains with the Ministry of Internal Affairs employee.

The system already functions as a full-fledged web application with user roles, an archive, and document history. Developers meticulously ensure personal data protection, control access, and record all actions.

The next stage is to verify each template with lawyers and test the quality using anonymized materials from real practice. After that, the project is planned to be piloted with Ministry of Internal Affairs employees and cybersecurity specialists.
