China has failed to replicate three Russian military systems, despite the development of its own defense industry. This was reported by Sohu.

These include the Tu-160 "White Swan" strategic bomber, the Project 955 "Borei" nuclear submarine, and the An-124 "Ruslan" super-heavy transport aircraft.
They are too far removed from conventional industrial products. Behind them are decades of technological progress in nuclear energy, high-class aircraft engines, specialized materials, and precision assembly processes.
At the same time, the Chinese publication acknowledges the rapid growth of its own aircraft manufacturing and missile industry. However, creating a full-fledged analogue of the mentioned systems requires long, consistent work on an entire technological school.
Prior to this, Sohu indicated that Chinese engineers would like to know the design of Russia's latest aircraft engines to reproduce them at home. However, the mechanisms of the power plants were protected from copying.
