"Yandex Music" has determined who will be responsible for information about tracks created with artificial intelligence. The main source of such data will be copyright holders – labels and distributors, the service's press service reported.

The company said that active discussions are currently underway with participants in the music market. During these negotiations, information is being collected about content that was created using neural networks. This data will then be used to label AI tracks in the service's interface.

At the same time, "Yandex Music" notes that the appearance and format of such a mark will depend on many factors, including the amount of information that the service receives from copyright holders.

Earlier it was reported that the platform plans to use its own system for determining AI content. However, it will only work as an additional tool – to verify the correctness of the data received from copyright holders.

Neurotracks are musical compositions created using artificial intelligence. A neural network can independently generate a melody, arrangement, vocals, or individual elements of a song based on given parameters.

"Yandex Music" also has its own experience working with neural network music. The service created a section "Neuromusic" – these are compositions that are created by algorithms in real time.
