Rostec presented the concept of using a KamAZ "Kompas" truck as a mobile farm for growing microgreens. The vehicle allows for the production of fresh greens and their delivery to consumers with minimal time between harvest and sale.

The "Kompas" family of trucks is produced with a gross vehicle weight ranging from 3.5 to 12 tons. Depending on their equipment, they are used as tow trucks, refrigerators, garbage trucks, and other types of special vehicles.

In the autumn of 2024, the 10,000th truck of this line rolled off the assembly line of the "Trucks Vostok Rus" plant. The model is produced at the facilities of a joint venture between KamAZ and the Chinese company JAC.
