The single-deck passenger ship "City Cruise-2" (project 04240) has begun operating on the rivers and canals of St. Petersburg. The vessel has joined the "Neva Travel" excursion fleet.

The "City Cruise-2" ship was built at the Sredne-Nevsky Shipyard in August 2025. It is designed for excursion cruises. Thanks to its shallow draft and low height, the vessel can pass freely under the bridges of the Northern Capital.

Specialists from "Forss Technologies" worked on project 04240. The first vessel, "City Cruise-1", was put into operation last summer.

A distinctive feature of the "City Cruise-2" ship is its large glass area for an increased viewing angle. The interior features Russian-made furniture.
