In a chat with Alisa AI, you can now not only choose a restaurant or salon, but also immediately make a reservation. The new "Booking" agent is available for more than 30 thousand restaurants and approximately 40 thousand service organizations across Russia.
It is enough to write in plain language: for example, ask for a table for two in a specific place or find a nail salon with available "windows" after 5:00 PM. Alisa will clarify the details, show available services, and offer a different time or establishment if the desired slots are no longer available.
If the restaurant is connected to booking through Yandex Eda, the reservation will be confirmed automatically. When booking is only available on the establishment's website, the AI agent will fill out the form itself and send the application.
You can also change or cancel an appointment in the chat. Active bookings will be stored in the "Appointments and Bookings" section – without transitions between maps, websites, and individual services.
